There is no contact form. We keep it to email so that we do not collect more information than needed. For how we handle messages, see the privacy policy.

What to write to us about

  • A number that does not match its source.
  • A calculator result that looks wrong for the inputs you used.
  • A source that has been updated, replaced or removed.
  • A broken link or a page that does not display correctly.
  • A privacy request, as described in the privacy policy.
  • Permission to reuse content beyond what the terms allow.

What to include in a correction request

A correction is easiest to check when it carries four things.

  1. The page URL. The full address of the page where you saw the problem.
  2. The number or statement. Quote exactly what the page says.
  3. The source. A link to the primary source you checked, such as a label on DailyMed, a registry entry, a journal article or a manufacturer page, and the section or table where the value appears.
  4. What you expected. The value or wording you think is correct.

If the problem is a calculator, add the inputs you entered and the result you saw.

What happens next

We compare the report with the primary source. If the page is wrong, we fix it and change its updated date, as described in the editorial policy. If the page is right, we reply when we can with the source that supports it. We do not promise response times, and not every message will receive a reply, but every correction report is read.

What we cannot do

We cannot answer medical questions from individuals. That includes what dose to use, whether a medicine is right for you, how to handle a missed dose, how to read your own lab results, or whether to switch products. Those questions belong with your prescriber or pharmacist. If you have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services.

We also do not recommend sellers, clinics or sources for any compound, and we do not offer promotional deals.
