Financial relationships

At launch, GLP Ladder has:

• No affiliate relationships. We earn nothing when a reader clicks a link or visits another site.
• No sponsored content. No page, tool or comparison has been paid for.
• No payments from manufacturers. Eli Lilly, Novo Nordisk and every other drug maker have not paid us and have not reviewed our content.
• No payments from sellers or clinics. That includes compounding pharmacies, telehealth providers, clinics and research-peptide sellers. We do not link to them.
• No ads. The site does not display advertising at launch.

If this ever changes

If an affiliate link, sponsorship or advertisement is ever added, the disclosure will appear above that link or placement, on the same page, in plain language. This page will be updated with the date and a description of the change. A paid relationship will never change how we describe a number or a comparison.

Research-use notice

Retatrutide is an investigational drug. It is not approved by the FDA, and it is legally available only to participants in clinical trials run by Eli Lilly. Pages about retatrutide report published trial information for education and research. They are not instructions, and they do not tell anyone how to obtain or use the compound.

Approved drugs

Tirzepatide (Zepbound, Mounjaro) and semaglutide (Wegovy, Ozempic) are FDA-approved under their labels. Where we describe their dose schedules, we quote the prescribing information. Compounded versions are not FDA-approved and are not interchangeable with brand products. Talk to your prescriber about any change in medicine, dose or schedule.
