This policy sets the rules the GLP Ladder Editorial Team works under. It applies to every guide, comparison, calculator and reference page. Pages are published under the team name, and this policy is the standard they are held to.

Independence

Content is decided by the editorial team alone. No manufacturer, seller, clinic, compounding source or advertiser has paid for, reviewed or influenced what we publish. We have no affiliate links, sponsored posts or paid placements at launch, and we do not accept payment to change a number, a comparison or a conclusion. Details are on the disclosures page.

Standards for health content

Health topics can affect real decisions, so we hold the pages to a higher bar.

  • Primary sources. Facts come from labels, registries, journals and manufacturer announcements, as described in Methodology.
  • Numbers with context. Each efficacy figure shows its timepoint, arm and analysis. Cross-trial comparisons carry an explicit caveat.
  • Plain statement of uncertainty. We write “the label says” and “the trial reported,” and we say when something is unknown or unreported.
  • No personal advice. The site explains published information and does arithmetic. It does not tell any reader what dose to use.
  • Dated everything. Sources show publication and access dates. Prices appear only with the date we read them.

Investigational compounds

Retatrutide is an investigational drug. It is not approved by the FDA and is legally available only to participants in clinical trials. Pages about it use research framing:

  • Trial protocols are reported as published facts, such as what an arm was given and for how long.
  • We do not write instructions, recommendations or technique for personal use.
  • We do not point readers toward sources, sellers or products.
  • The calculators for retatrutide are arithmetic tools for understanding published protocols and are not a guide to personal use.

Approved drugs

Tirzepatide (Zepbound, Mounjaro) and semaglutide (Wegovy, Ozempic) are FDA-approved brands. Pages about them quote the prescribing information and cite the label. Where a reader might act on the information, the page says to talk to a prescriber. Compounded versions are not FDA-approved and are not interchangeable with brand products; we say so where it matters.

What we will never publish

  • Individual dosing advice, or any schedule presented as a recommendation.
  • Sourcing advice, vendor links or promotional codes.
  • Fake reviews, testimonials, star ratings or invented quotes.
  • Invented experts, reviewers, credentials or named authors who do not exist.
  • Backdated articles. Published and updated dates show the real dates.
  • Claims that a compound treats, cures or prevents any condition beyond what a label or published trial states.

AI-assistance disclosure

Drafts on this site are produced with AI assistance. The editorial team checks each draft against the primary sources before publication, and numbers are verified against the source rather than accepted from the draft. AI assistance does not replace that check. If a page contains an error, it is the team’s error, and we correct it.

Corrections

We correct errors openly and quickly. The process:

  1. A report arrives through the contact page, or we find the problem ourselves.
  2. We compare the page with the primary source.
  3. We fix the page and change the updated date. Where a correction changes the meaning of a page, we say what changed on that page.

We do not delete an error silently when the change matters to a reader.
